Building Futures: Meet McGuire and Hester’s 2025 Summer Interns

This summer, McGuire and Hester proudly welcomes an exceptional group of interns to our team. Hailing from diverse backgrounds and academic paths, these college students bring fresh energy, curiosity, and a shared excitement to learn, grow, and contribute to the work we do every day.

Internships at McGuire and Hester aren’t just about exposure, they’re about integration. As these interns work alongside project teams across Northern California, they’ll gain hands-on experience in construction management, field engineering, estimating, project coordination, marketing, human resources, and more. Guided by mentors and supported by our culture of ownership and collaboration, they will see what it means to be part of a company that values integrity, opportunity, and quality above all.
