McGuire and Hester is excited to welcome this year’s group of high school interns as part of our partnership with Cristo Rey De La Salle’s Work-Study Program. Now in its third year, this collaboration reflects our commitment to supporting education and fostering the next generation of professionals.
The program places students, ranging from freshmen to seniors, at local businesses where they gain valuable skills while providing administrative support. At McGuire and Hester, these talented students each work one day a week, contributing to various departments and learning firsthand about the construction industry.
This partnership not only provides the students with practical work experience but also aligns with our mission to give back to the community by helping young people build the foundation for their future success. We are proud to be part of this meaningful initiative and look forward to seeing how this year’s interns grow and thrive in their roles.
