This year, Kevin Hester not only led our operations as Vice President but also took on the impressive role of 2024 United Contractors Association (UCON) President. UCON is a cornerstone organization for McGuire and Hester, representing us in union agreements, advocating for construction funding, and providing invaluable resources for everything from HR to training.
Leading UCON is no small feat, but Kevin handled it with his signature dedication and expertise, all while managing his responsibilities here at M&H. His term adds to a proud legacy—McGuire and Hester has had more UCON Presidents than any other company, including Mike Hester, Rob Doud, Bruce Daseking, Andy Vasconi, and Dave Bianchini.
As Kevin’s presidency comes to a close, we want to thank him for his outstanding service to our industry and our team. His efforts have made a lasting impact, and we’re proud to have him representing M&H on such a prominent stage. Great work, Kevin!
