Last week, Bay Area employees from McGuire and Hester spent the day volunteering at the Alameda County Community Food Bank, helping package sweet potatoes, carrots, and apples for families throughout the region.

With volunteers participating in both morning and afternoon shifts, team members came together to support an organization that plays a vital role in addressing food insecurity across the Bay Area. Working side by side, employees sorted and packed fresh produce that will help provide nutritious meals to individuals and families in need.

The volunteer event reflects one of McGuire and Hester's core values: Community. While our work focuses on building infrastructure that strengthens the communities we serve, opportunities like this allow us to make an impact in another meaningful way by giving our time to organizations that support our neighbors.

Beyond the work itself, the day was an opportunity for employees to connect outside of the office and jobsite while contributing to a shared purpose. It served as a reminder that even a few hours of service can make a meaningful difference when people come together.
