As I look back at the first few months of my tenure, it’s wonderful to see what we’ve been able to accomplish in the midst of so many challenges.
Namely the resurgence of Covid 19 Delta and Omicron variants that ultimately forced offices to lockdown across our market (Again), as well as the loss of key clients and valued personnel are just a few of the obvious ones. Cultivating relationships, making sales calls, and just marketing, in general, has been challenging, to say the least.
Amid these challenges, and at times even concerns, I am proud to say that no one backed down. In fact what I saw were people stepping up to meet and overcome them. Our Team leaned in, embraced our purpose, and identified their “why” all the while showing a propensity for embracing the positive change that has developed. Every day our people truly make a difference by being professional, friendly, offering a helping hand, and taking steps that simply make the customer’s day just a little easier. These might seem like small things, and maybe they are, but I assure you it’s the small things that make the biggest difference.
Fast forward a couple of months from now as we begin to see the results of our efforts, the relationships with key clients will become more solidified and/or restored producing nothing but positive outcomes. And when these Clients are asked why the relationship has become solidified and/or restored the answer will always be the same, “it’s the CF&T people!
