HL President’s Message

Harbor Linx Business Support (HLBS) is here to support our operations. With all the changes and new faces, I totally understand that it is difficult to keep track of the names and who is doing what. This is especially true when it comes to finding someone at HLBS to answer your question.

As requested by Jeff Hoebel, Regional VP of Sacramento, a directory for Harbor Linx Business Support was created and posted on the company intranet. 

The directory is broken down by the different companies in the Harbor Linx family – McGuire and Hester, Casey Fogli, and CF&T. From there the directory is sorted by department and a description of common questions are listed. There may be a different person handling identical responsibilities in each company and alternately, there may be cases when the same person is handling the same responsibilities in multiple companies. For example, Lisa Paiva does payroll for McGuire and Hester and Jade Brown does payroll for Casey Fogli and CFT.  Make sure you are in the correct company. There are also secondary contacts in case the primary person is out or on vacation.  The sort, search and filter functions are also available.

There are tabs in the directory for a condensed version listing those departments applicable to the field personnel, such as payroll, credit cards, and safety bucks purchases. The list was given out to the field at the last safety meeting and you can print it out to give to the employees that don’t have intranet access.

I hope you find this directory useful. I tried to list the most common areas where questions are asked. If there is an area you feel should be added, or a description could be improved, please let Tara Legoski (who is on the list under Business Support Directory changes) know and she can update the list.
