Recently, employees from across McGuire and Hester's field operations and office teams gathered at our Oakland and Sacramento offices for our biannual Safety Meeting. Bringing together team members from every department, the meetings provided an opportunity to reconnect, share knowledge, and reinforce the safety-first mindset that drives everything we do.

Throughout the day, employees participated in presentations covering current safety trends, best practices, and the introduction of new safety equipment designed to support our crews in the field. These discussions help ensure that our teams remain informed, prepared, and equipped with the latest tools and resources to perform their work safely.
