At McGuire and Hester, building strong teams extends beyond the jobsite.

This year, employees and their families gathered for our 3rd Annual Builders Cup, a company soccer tournament hosted by our Culture Committee. The event brought together team members from across the company for a day of friendly competition, great food, music, and camaraderie.

The Builders Cup has become a tradition that reflects one of our core strengths: the relationships we build with one another. Whether competing on the field, cheering from the sidelines, or spending time with family and coworkers, the day was a reminder that teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

Congratulations to this year's Builders Cup champions and thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make the event another success. A special thank you to our Culture Committee for organizing another outstanding event that continues to strengthen our company culture.
