Refer&nbsp;qualified&nbsp;candidates to our open roles, and get a chance to actively engage in recruiting people you want to work with and share the same values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to be eligible for the referral bonus, you need to refer a&nbsp;<strong><u>qualified<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;candidate to any of the positions in the bonus program. There are two parts to the program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name gets entered into a raffle for referring qualified candidates.
