Cultivating relationships, making sales calls, and just marketing, in general, has been challenging, to say the least.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amid these challenges, and at times even concerns, I am proud to say that no one backed down.\u00a0 In fact what I saw were people stepping up to meet and overcome them.\u00a0 Our Team leaned in, embraced our purpose, and identified their \u201cwhy\u201d all the while showing a propensity for embracing the positive change that has developed. Every day our people truly make a difference by being professional, friendly, offering a helping hand, and taking steps that simply make the customer\u2019s day just a little easier. These might seem like small things, and maybe they are, but I assure you it\u2019s the small things that make the biggest difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fast forward a couple of months from now as we begin to see the results of our efforts, the relationships with key clients will become more solidified and\/or restored producing nothing but positive outcomes.
